  • Absentee and phone bids must be received by 6pm the evening before the sale. Clarke Auction offers this service as a convenience to our clients and shall not be held responsible for error or failure to execute bids.
  • I agree that all purchases are subject to the Conditions of Sale as stated in the catalog and on the website, including a buyer's premium and all applicable taxes.
  • Dealers: Billing name and address must agree with your Sales Tax Resale Certificate. Invoices cannot be changed after the auction.
  • Phone bidders agree to start their bidding at half the low end of the estimate or $200, whichever is higher.
  • Clarke reserves the right to charge the above credit card if any invoice under your account remains unpaid 10 business days after sale.
  • I may receive marketing material from Clarke Auction Gallery of which I may opt-out of at anytime.
